This code is the union of other two old codes I made for myself usage.

Running the code, a dialog will be shown to create two kind of complementary guides in current Spread.
Independently of the column’s count in each page of that spread, the guides will be created respecting this columns.

There is two options:
1) Create indentation guides: choose this option to create indented guides in each column guide in your page. All the new guides will be created based on column guides in your page. After you click OK in this first dialog, a new dialog will be shown asking you what measurement you want to use to indent the guides. There is three options:
a) gutter measurement;
b) half-gutter measurement;
c) and custom measurement.
After you make your selection and click OK, the guides will be created on your spread.

2) Create faux double columns: choose this option to duplicate the number of columns in each page of your spread. The visual effect is that your page has the double of the current columns. Just for layout porposes. The gutter will be respected. Using this, you can avoid any alterations on your original column guides.
